Anne Woll, MS

Anne Woll is the Education Director for M Simulation at the University of Minnesota, bringing over twenty years of experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating novel healthcare simulations across the health sciences. With a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction and a specialization in standardized patient methodology, she collaborates with faculty and clinicians to integrate simulation modalities that foster learner resilience, professional growth, and ongoing clinical skill development. Anne is also the manager of the M Simulation Standardized Patient Program, cultivating community engagement across both onsite and online human simulation interactions.
 
As a researcher and scholar, Anne is a frequent presenter at national and international conferences—including the Association of SP Educators (ASPE)—and contributes to simulation literature as both an author and reviewer for journals, including MedEdPORTAL. She is currently a PhD candidate in Nursing with advanced doctoral training in quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods research. Her research centers on advancing health equity through the co-creation of nursing curricula with underserved communities to enhance cultural and linguistic representation in health professions education.
