Aaron Yeshe

Aaron Yeshe serves as the Operations Manager at M Simulation, where he assists the Executive Director by overseeing facility-related needs, technical infrastructure, and strategic workflow planning. Dually certified as a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) and Certified Healthcare Simulation Operations Specialist (CHSOS) Aaron combines deep technical expertise with extensive background as an educator. By pairing hands-on technology mastery with instructional design, he streamlines operations to ensure simulation activities are efficient, technically seamless, and educationally rigorous. He also assists the Executive Director as a key point of contact for external business development. Additionally, he serves as implementation lead for external business —partnering with industry contacts on research, media/advertising, and other collaborative projects. Additionally, Aaron leads the expansion of M Simulation’s professional videography services to deliver scalable, high-quality learning experiences as well as promotional media for internal and external stakeholders.
