Alicia Craff-Eder
Human Simulation Assistant Manager
As the Human Simulation Assistant Manager at M Simulation, Alicia brings over a decade of experience in higher education to the team and joined M Simulation in 2021. Alicia manages M Simulation's online portfolio serving UMN and external educational institutions. She is a seasoned Standardized Patient trainer and a skilled manager of simulation events, utilizing both her degrees in Theatre and Anthropology when developing and leading human simulations.
Alicia is currently pursuing a Master’s in Education with a focus on Learning Technology. She is a member of the Association of Standardized Patient Educators (ASPE) and serves as the Vice Chair of the Modules Committee. In this role, she collaborates with subject matter experts to produce educational content that enhances the knowledge and capabilities of fellow simulationists.
Outside of work, Alicia is a dedicated parent and a coach for a youth mountain bike team.
